Camille has spelling words now. I was helping her review tonight and said, "A-M. What does A-M spell?"
"I dunno. You tell me!"

Yesterday I grabbed what I thought was ground beef from the freezer. I popped it in the microwave to thaw (yes, I know, BAD HIPPIE! BAD!) and then realized it was beef liver! EW! I do not do liver... at all,l ever. I mean I like mine, thanks, but to eat? No. Oh, no. I couldn't even bring myself to open it; I just trashed it.

The kids were thrilled when we had spaghetti with meat sauce (hamburger, not liver) for dinner. We had coconut banana zucchini muffins for dessert and oh, wow, were those puppies good!
Speaking of puppies, I will have to tell you what I found the dog doing, and the recipe for those muffins, next week!

ReplyDeleteLiver: We buy beef a quarter of a cow at a time and they always give us liver. I think I have 3 cow livers in the deep freeze. I need to find someone who wants to disscet them and pass them on!
